I spent the day on finding new tools for blogging – do not get me wrong –
diigo.com is splendid – but it is still a bit “buggy”. I will use it anyway, but why not try something else?
So, here are two more interesting tools.
Well, they look interesting and I will give them a try – both tools come as Firefox addons.
- Zemanta helps you “spice up” your blog posts.
- Clipmarks simply put – allow you to blog, twit and share your Internet findings in an easy way.
Will see what will stay here with me longer…
On Clipmarks.com, you can see clips of text, images or video about all sorts of topics that other people find while surfing the web.
The idea is that through each other, we can learn more, know more and enjoy more than we could possibly do alone. As you find people who post clips that interest you, make them a Guide. Think of your Guides as a team of web editors you choose to consistently deliver you clips of things they find on the web.
Check out Zemanta.
To test-drive Zemanta, just open up your blogging dashboard and start writing a post. Your new Zemanta sidebar will appear on your post’s edit page. (Please note that Zemanta works best with posts written in English.

Convert Your Annotations to Blog Posts with 1-click

Browsing the web frequently inspires people to write something to their blogs, either simply to quote, or to quote and comment. This process is now made extremely smooth and effortless with Diigo’s annotation features and “Send to Blog” . So now as you browse along, you simply highlight and add sticky notes on anything that interests you, and afterwards, you can easily incorporate your highlights and notes to your blog with one-click “Send to Blog”.
Posted from Diigo. The rest of my favorite links are here.
I do not have to convince anybody that diigo.com is a splendid tool for collaborative bookmarking – but it is also wonderful application for blogging
